This position requires an individual who is highly skilled in design, development, and maintenance of complex and large CRM software applications. Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including 2+ years of Siebel implementation experience along with an excellent understanding of Siebel application architecture, Siebel data model, configuration tools, and Siebel server side processes. A comprehensive understanding of the major Siebel modules and a Siebel certification. Other skills experience includes Siebel Tools, custom CTI, Oracle.
• Perform UI and business layer configuration - business objects, business component, applets, views, screens etc.
• Perform data layer configuration - Data model extension, etc.
• Perform customization - eScript or Vbscript, business services etc.
• Create and maintain Workflow and Assignment Manager policies
• Write design specifications based on the business requirements
• Migrate development work across various environments
• Work with DBAs to optimize performance
• Work with the QA team to facilitate the development work and resolve defects
